Labyrinth Crossing I saw this photo in a world building prompt post and I had to draw it, adding some elements from my Monster of the Week game. My players went through a labyrinth type dungeon recently so I felt it fitting to put them here :)

I have come to the realization that I might be gay. A little bit. This is news and a struggle I have been working through since valentines day. It makes sense in the context of my struggles with relationships, but it also is another confusing thing in this transgender life. I can’t tell him how I feel. I don’t know who to tell this about that would understand. It is so freeing yet so complex at the same time.

urza: absent, just wants to focus on inventing for the war effort, but is very wary kayla: frustrated at her husband, but everyone loves her. mishra: directly involved in the war effort, doesn't really care though ashnod: scheming, and double crossing in her very first appearance

really not fucking around when i tell you to have a session 0 where everyone figures out PC relationships btw. in high school i played a game of dnd where i was a human rogue assassin from a murder cult and then found out on game day that there were two more human rogues and that those players had come up with their own murder cult.

Never posted anything worthwhile in Tumblr, but today is the day post this map of the SCP Multiverse I did a couple of months ago.
It burned me out pretty heavily, but it turned out as confusing as I expected.

My absolute favorite part about Control is Jesse’s nightmare at the end. It’s so fascinating, standing around and listening to what everyone has to say. Emily, giggling over the phone about boys. Underhill, scared to death that Marshall - now a secretary - has taken ill and can’t bring the Director his mail. Arish and Langston are crammed into the Exec security booth, blabbering on about how great Trench is (then how terrible, in the second iteration).
And the imagery: in the second iteration, some of the Hiss-possessed employees will shift randomly into different forms if you stand around and watch long enough. It’s terrifying and grotesque. The mug on the table will shift into a skull, then into a book, then disappear.
But most interesting to me is a small line of dialogue in the second iteration: Emily says something along the lines of, “oh, that’s the new girl. Rumor has it she was promoted from somewhere in Maintenance. She has no idea what she’s doing and has to have everything explained to her.”
had a fascinating dream last night where there was a new, virally popular trading card game - it was called MOUNTAIN (stylised in all caps) and the whole gimmick was that you couldn’t buy boosters or anything - you had to find them?
nowhere sold MOUNTAIN - I mean, I expect players did, once cards were in their hands.
but acquiring cards meant noticing a box lying around, and just….nabbing it? they’d be in weird places - in a skip, wedged high up in a fence, nestled in the branches of a tree? nobody ever saw who left them there, and there was a lot of debate about how MOUNTAIN boxes were sometimes hard to acquire without risking one’s physical safety - but then, that was also bragging rights. especially as harder-to-reach boxes seemed to contain more elusive and sought after cards…
no, I don’t remember anything about the actual gameplay, we never played any MOUNTAIN. alas. I know there were “frame cards” that were literally transparent but for a fancy metallic or holographic border, which I guess upgraded the card they were applied to? frames were super rare, my coworker literally ran up to me in the pub purely to show off the frame he’d just found
