My top theory on his role is he will be a genderbent Renet. There are rumors (possible confirmation idk) that his role is the mysterious stranger. The mysterious stranger is from the future and the most well-known TMNT character from the future is Renet.
I wouldn't be surprised if that happens since the Rise creators did that to Casey. It would be cool to see.
I don't have much to say since rarely any info has been released.
Can't wait for the movie! đâ¤
I forgot to say in my last reblog that I donât think Liu Kang was at fault for everything that had gone wrong. Though heâs a god, Liu Kang is capable of making mistakes like a human. I do believe that there are events that canât be changed such as the clans fighting, Tarkatans, etc. I actually wrote a theory post a while back on why I think Tarkatans couldnât be erased. Basically, I believe Liu Kang tried getting rid of Tarkatans but couldnât due to Time Keeper rules. So, he changed it into a disease that is pretty hard to contract. I think that Liu made a bad call giving Shang Tsung and Quan-Chi meaningless lives (as he put it in the story mode). I wish he specified his intentions with Shang and Quan-Chiâs life. Itâs hard to tell if he gave them hard lives in hopes theyâll grow kinder or he gave them average lives and, unfortunately, he had no control with their lives getting worse (Quan-Chi being in the mines and Shang having a hard time making a living). Liu Kang definitely didnât have a hand on Bi-Hanâs betrayal because he didnât expect the cyromancer to betray his brothers for his own interest. General Shaoâs arrogance returned because of Shangâs manipulation.Â
Iâm the type of fan who sometimes overanalyzes things, especially when things arenât explicitly explained. Because of this, I question which occurrences in the New Era are due to Liuâs interference or if it's meant to happen (a canon event). For example, Liu Kang interfered in Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn and Quan-Chiâs lives to make sure they didn't become their previous selves. He made sure Mileena was Kitanaâs blood sister and not a clone. He also had the Lin-Kuei act as Earthrealmâs defense instead of continuing their assassination system that was for their own interest. Thatâs Liu interference. A mix of Liuâs ability to manipulate outcomes and his cryptidness definitely leads to questioning what else heâs done, at least for me. Time is a very complex matter so it leads to more questions than answers. I hope in the next story there will be an explanation on Liu Kangâs limits and what he specifically did to create the timeline.Â
I donât think I explained my reasoning on why I think having Kuai and Harumi together makes me feel like Kuai is kind of like âHanzo with a different nameâ very well.Â
My main reason for saying this is because they got together during a Tower Ending instead of the story. It feels rushed to add this relationship in 90 seconds so it feels like the writers did this to fulfill a checklist (have a Scorpion and Harumi together). I think I would like this relationship if the expansion story focused on them and I see why and what made Harumi and Kuai love each other. They could be in the beginning of their relationship and seeing their dynamic would be enough. But they are married so it wouldnât happen exactly like that. I guess Iâm the type of person who only really feels for a ship if I see their growth. From what I remember, all that has been mentioned about their relationship is that they are childhood friends and have mutual respect for each other, which is a good starting point though not enough for me to feel anything other than neutral. Iâm very for the âShow donât Tellâ idea of storytelling.
I am looking forward to seeing Harumi in the story and what you listed about her makes me interested in her as a character. I hope sheâs a badass who will be added to the main roster in future games. We need more female fighters.
I see your points on why you think Hanzo is an adult, but I still think Hanzo is underage. Not by a lot though, I think heâs at least 16-17.Â
His arms are bigger than most teens but heâs been training and before that he had the minimum amount of skill to steal. Smoke stopped him because heâs trained longer but I am certain an average person would not defend themselves as well. In the image I added, you can see his muscles are smaller compared to the images you included. This shows that training and eating more (like you said Hanzo was starving before joining the Shirai-Ryu) were major reasons his muscles are larger, not age. What Iâm trying to say is that itâs possible for a slightly underage guy to look like an adult due to physical fitness and eating right (I expect the Shirai-Ryu to have a healthy regiment). I think a time skip happened between my image and yours, but they are probably at least a few months to a year apart since Bi-Han doesnât seem like the person who would wait very long. After all, he hunted Kuai and Tomas after Titan Shang Tsung was defeated.
Also we have to consider some things. Compared to a front view, a side view of muscles will look larger because of perspective (the second image you added proves it since his arms are slightly slimmer compared to the first image). Hanzo is flexing as well which makes muscles look larger. I also searched up what muscular guys (16-17 years old) look like and they look very close to Hanzoâs physique.Â
With his voice, I agree that itâs deep though guys in my high school sounded very similar when they were 16-17 because of puberty. A deep voice doesnât always equal being an adult. Also, it hasnât been confirmed if the voice actor that did those grunts will be Hanzoâs in future appearances. They couldâve been another va whoâs voicing another character that did those grunts because NRS didnât want to hire a new va just for grunts. Iâm going to wait for the voice actor hired for Hanzoâs official appearance in the games to see if Hanzo is a late teen or adult.Â
I agree with you about adults being born shorts. Everyone grows at different rates and it doesnât physically show someoneâs maturity. I still somewhat considered it (though not as much as other points I mentioned) because the media usually use height to show age, especially in animated projects. Short adults or tall teens/kids are rarely shown unless for comedic reasons. Iâm not saying Mortal Kombat is like that but I still keep it in mind in case they do use height = age formula.Â
Although I see your points on why you think Hanzo is an adult, Iâm going to assume heâs underage until the game confirms his age or at least gives strong enough hints to make an educated guess.Â
Thank you for replying back to me! I appreciate your pov because it evolves mine at the same time. I enjoy our conversations. I apologize for taking the expected, life got a little hectic. Sorry for going into crazy specifics near the end. It was the only way I could think of to better explain my points. Also, I noticed in your tags that you donât like being a Liu Kang apologist or something along those lines. Iâm curious as to why.Â
(Spoiler Warning: Smokeâs Tower Ending is discussed)
I saw Smokeâs tower ending and was surprised to see Hanzo in the new timeline, let alone as a child. Although Iâm open to how the writers will handle his character, Iâm kind of disappointed that they went this route. When I learned that Kuai Liang would be Scorpion in the new timeline, I expected Hanzo to either not even exist or live a nice life with Harumi and their son. Instead, Kuai Liang is married to Harumi and Hanzo is much younger than them, which is so weird. I really hoped Hanzo would have a happy life and only be involved in the games through mentions at least. Also, this decision paints Liu Kang in a bad light. Itâs no secret Liu Kang made sure his allies had a good life while making some of his enemiesâ lives (Shang Tsung and Quan Chi) insignificant to prevent them from turning into their past counterparts. So, it makes me wonder why Liu Kang didnât think to give Hanzo a good life or at least watch over him. Itâs shown that Hanzo is a starving orphan forced to steal for essentials. I have no doubt Liu Kang knows about Hanzoâs past since he met the older and kinder Scorpion in MK11 and Raiden has disclosed Hanzoâs past in MK 9. Plus when Liu Kang fused with the Hourglass, he most likely became aware of what happened in MK9 and MKX. He gave Shao Kahn the chance to be a better man by being the Kingdomâs general- a risk that didnât pay off, yet didnât give Hanzo what he always desired- his wife, son, and the Shirai-Ryu. It feels so out of character for Liu Kang to not make sure Hanzo had a good chance at life.Â
If I had the opportunity to write Hanzoâs character, it wouldâve been very different. I wouldâve made him a former Lin Kuei member(he would be 5 or more years older than Bi-Han) who held the Scorpion title until he retired to Japan- where met Harumi and had their son. Hanzo wouldâve also been the one to train Kuai Liang in his fire powers in the latterâs childhood. In his honor, Kuai would take the Scorpion mantle after Hanzo retires. Hanzo could also help Kuai and Smoke form the Shirai-Ryu but Harumi helps in recruiting and training while he takes care of their young son.Â
Though, I still hold some faith that NRS will write the new Hanzo well. I guess Iâm just disappointed because I wanted Hanzo to finally live a happy life where his family stays alive. He was one of my favorites in the MK9-MK11 era so I canât help but feel a connection towards him.
I have a theory/idea that Rain was a god but was cast down by his parents and became a mortal. Because I hoped for demigod Rain to be explored in this timeline, I donât like the idea of Rain being a sorcerer. Itâs not the worst decision since Rain can still be a well-written character, though I was still disappointed.Â
This idea came to me randomly so itâll most likely be disjointed which I apologize for. I was inspired by Greek mythology. There is a story of Zeus stripping his children, specifically Apollo, of their powers and making them mortals so they learn a lesson.Â
Here is my theory/idea:
Born the youngest son of the gods Argus and Delia, Rain was a powerful god of water. He had a happy life with his parents and brothers- Taven and Daegon, but grew to be arrogant and believing mortals were lesser than him. This attitude led to his downfall. Alongside his brothers, Rain threatened to harm a country due to them not worshiping his family to his satisfaction. Disgusted by their childrenâs behavior, Argus and Delia stopped their children and planned to punish their children accordingly. With the help of Liu Kang, Argus and Delia decided to strip their sonsâ godhood and have them reborn in the mortal realm- Outworld- so they learn to appreciate and care for mortals. Rain- regressed to a baby- would be raised as Zeffeero by a woman called Amara. He would grow to be kinder and ambitious, leading him to learn sorcery and become the kingdomâs high mage; I headcanon that Rain used his water magic to heal people as well. Heâd live his life on the right path until Shang Tsung manipulated him and unleashed his darker impulses. His actions in the game would still be the same, including his sort of redemption in his tower ending.Â
In a future game, the Taven/Daegon plot could return though, instead of their quest is to prevent Armageddon, Rain, Taven, and Daegon would race to their familyâs original temple (through memories and clues left by their parents) for the chance to regain their godhood as long as they are deemed worthy. Other characters can be involved by the villains learning this and trying to achieve godhood while the heroes try to stop them. This gives NRS the opportunity to bring back Taven, Daegon, Argus, Delia, and Blaze into the New Era. Rainâs story could end either with him being a god again but with a better understanding and care for mortals or he decides to stay mortal.Â
I donât think this will happen in the game since I think the canon reason why Rain is not a god/demigod is because Liu Kang didnât want to risk him becoming the arrogant, power-hungry person he was in previous timelines. Also, the Armageddon tower was already referenced in MK1 so it'll most likely not come back.
Mine: One of Leoâs greatest wishes is to be a father.
I had a hard time picking 2003 or 2012 Leo for this headcanon, but a friend helped me decide.
So, what made me pick 2012 Leo over the 2003 version was just the vibes or hints the show gave that Leo had this fatherly nature. Plus, did you see him holding baby Karai and having tea time with that little girl? That is true dad power.
2003 Leo was also an option since I read a lot of fics that added the wish to be a father to his character. It actually works well with him.
What do you guys think? đâ¤ď¸TMNT
Am I the only one who was annoyed the writers kept âtrickingâ the audience into thinking Shredder was dead?
It was so annoying. I was fine with it the first time since one fake death usually happens in shows. But doing this over 4 times is excessive and bland. This writing choice really made it hard for me to keep going with TMNT 2003. Killing off the Shredder wouldnât have been the end of the world. Bringing new villains would have been fun and unique. A version of Shredder was the villain for every season except S6. There was Utrom Shredder, Karai Shredder, Demon Shredder, and Cyber Shredder.
This over reliance was the showâs crutch.
I still enjoyed watching the show tho.
Just started watching Darkwing Duck since the 2017 version got me interested. I actually really like it. I had to get used to the zany and not-so-serious hero storyline but itâs fun.
Not every episode hits like the one with DW getting cursed by witch doctors, who were depicted terribly. Some of the earliest episodes also werenât as great, though itâs based on my taste rather than improper depictions.
What keeps me watching DWD is the relationship between DW and Gosalyn. Those moments always made my heart melt and tear up. My favorite moment was in the episode, âQuiverwing Quack.â DW was forbidding Gos from fighting, and she gets upset, mentioning that heâll always see her as his baby girl. He quietly replies. âBecause you are.â That made my heart melt.
I commend DWD for going this deep into adopted families especially since it was a cartoon. A lot of cartoons are usually wary of depicting âadult themes.â Now cartoons are finally able to be more inventive.
Darkwing Duck is not in my top 10 favorites, but I appreciate it and have a lot of fun watching it.
Really hope Disney pulls through on the reboot so this awesome concept comes back.
Comment your favorite characters and moments from the show! I want to talk to about the show with other fans. Â đđ

Hello,
How do you do ? I hop to be in a good condition.
This is my special campaign
We hope to help us by donating or sharing to others.
Every donation makes a different even if it a small.
As you know, the war began on October 7 and lasted ten months. During this period, we were unable to obtain food, drink, or treatment because we did not have money.
There is no source of income for the family at the present time, so we are unable to buy food, clean water, and medicine, especially after we are afflicted with the ongoing infectious diseases spread in the north like Hepatitis C disease.
Our house has been damaged a lot since the beginning of the war. We are from the north of Gaza and we are still in the north and have not displaced to the south. We displaced 10 times from place to another seeking to safety .
We hope for your help and support, even if only a little.đđ

(Exclaimer: I still really like MHA & Hawks)
WARNING RECENT MANGA SPOILERS Personally, ever since he killed Twice, Hawkâs character has slowly gone downhill.
It started when there werenât any moments where Hawkâs feelings on killing Twice werenât shown. I know he didnât want to, but seeing Hawks feel the guilt would coincide well with the hero societyâs corruption.
Another thing that wouldâve been interesting is Hawkâs having mixed feelings on Endeavor after learning about how the latter treated his children. For a long time, Hawks saw Endeavor as a role model like Midoriya and Bakugo with All Might, so I think learning that his hero isnât so different from his own father would be good character development. Hawks would feel confused on how he should feel about Endeavor for a bit, but will learn to see Endeavor as human after seeing him wanting to atone for what he did. It would be good for the plot too since itâs a parallel to how civilians heavily admire and rely on the heroes while forgetting that they arenât perfect people.
I donât like Hawkâs ending. Instead of becoming the new HC president, I wouldâve preferred Hawks taking a break from the hero life and learn to live as Keigo Takami. Hawks lived most of life training to be a hero and a tool for the Hero Commission. He deserves to step back. Also, with the Chapter 429 leaks, I didnât like Hawks new idea with the hero rankings. It doesnât change the core issues with hero society. Iâm going to be hopeful that the last chapter will show positive changes.
Something else I didnât like was Hawks saying he abandoned his family and shouldâve helped. That couldnât be further from the truth. His parents abused him and his mom abandoned him to the hero commission. Hawks was just a kid. It was also in bad taste when Hawks commended Shoto for forgiving Endeavor when Hawks couldnât with his parents. This makes it seem like not forgiving your abuser is a bad thing, which itâs not. The main point of moving on with your trauma is to heal from it, not forgive your abuser. If Hawks couldnât forgive his parents, thatâs okay.
I still really like Hawks, but I feel like he wasnât written to his full potential.
I just realized that if written well, Renet and Donnie would be a great couple. Nothing much would have to change about Renet. She can still be a clumsy and nice girl but with a love for science, especially time travel, and Donnie would be so curious and ask her questions about how time travel works and check if his theories were accurate. Renet could also ask about his results on mutant science since itâs not as well documented as other sciences like biology or chemistry. Basically Nerdy Friends to Lovers
I think that would be really cute! đ
A cute couples costume for Ashrah and Syzoth would be Raven and Beast Boy from Teen Titans since Ashrah and Raven dislike their demonic origins. Ashrah would look great dressed in the white version of Ravenâs super suit. Beast Boy and Syzoth can switch between human and animal form. Plus, green is their signature color.
Imagine Ashrah helping Syzoth get ready by painting his face green. So cute!
Since there are rumors of the DW reboot coming(havenât seen any recent articles if itâs confirmed), Iâm wondering how the Fearsome Five will come to play if the creators continue with the â17 universe. I know Negaduck is around, but the Fearsome Four got sucked back into their dimension.
Iâve seen some theories around YouTube and Tumblr, here are the summaries:
1. Jim Starling/Negaduck is going to get the actors who played the Fearsome Four to join him.
2. Negaduck will bring the Fearsome Four back from their dimension.
3. New characters from the â17 universe will become the Fearsome Four and join Negaduck.
I think there are more but these theories stood out to me. My favorite one might be the first one because of how interesting it would be. Though, I think the third one would be best since every DW should have something new, like Negaduck. Plus, the change can give this version of Drake more personal enemies.Â
Comment your favorite theory or one you have. đâ¤ď¸
