Male ducks (drakes) have what’s called a drake feather. This is a curled feather located at the end of their tails.

Now, if we look at the character design of Donald Duck, who is a duck, we can see that he’s missing his drake feather.

Daisy Duck, however, appears to have one.

Conclusion-
