He started training after ResF but apparently he’s too cocky and fought a lil too early. But after 10 yrs of rigorous training? You betcha his body went from thin, small and catlike to swole, toned and ripped✨and lil wrinkles too! Frieza keeping his grind on! Look at that bodily difference!
