I don’t talk about disability stuff much on here, but I don’t see nearly enough positivity about it. You’re still hot to me if you’re disabled. There is nothing unattractive about being disabled, no matter what kind. People with facial or limb differences, people with scars, people with ostomies or catheters, people with weak bladders, people who need to use a cane, wheelchair or other mobility aid, people who have limited movement or paralysis, people with chronic illnesses or pain, people with blindness or missing eyes, people who can’t exert themselves much during sex, I love you all so so much and nothing about you is unattractive 🖤
being a nat stan is like…. seeing this amazingly complex character with more baggage than you can imagine for the first time and thinking “wow i really love her and i can’t wait to see more of her! i’m so glad she survived!”
and then you watch her go through the nastiest most horrific shit past AND present day…THEN SHE DIES. and then you think “this cannot POSSIBLY get worse for me….she’s DEAD. she DIED when she FINALLY WANTED TO LIVE…VIA FENTANYL…WHEN SHE WAS CLEAN. HER DEATH WAS RULED AN OVERDOSE WHEN SHE WAS FINALLY CLEAN AND MAKING PEACE WITH HERSELF. HOW COULD THIS POSSIBLY GET WORSE FOR ME?”
and then season 3 comes out…and you’re forced to watch her younger self go through shit that SOMEHOW makes her HORRIFIC DEATH look PEACEFUL. she is FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE left and right and just when you think “okay this is the worst of it” IT SOMEHOW GETS WORSE.
anyways….safe to say we deserved the satisfaction of this episode. she finally caught a fucking win.
It's so hilarious to me how in queer media that actually accurately represents queer people (adults) there's always some kind of murder or other unforgivable mistakes involved??? Like, yeah that's my favourite genre, but why is queer cinema always some kind of psychological thriller/horror, especially the old stuff. Give us a minute to BREATHE please. Someone always DIES. I can name so many examples on this I'm actually going to write a paper on it asap, because I just think it's both so funny and interesting but also disturbing.

[ID: Digital illustration of a nude trans masculine person, cropped from thigh to shoulder. They are leaning back, holding a small dagger pointing between their legs. They have red top surgery scars, and a hairy chest and stomach. Two pale silhouettes of hands reach around the figure, as if stroking their belly and thigh. The figures are surrounded by a border of leaves and red flowers, with a star in the center overhead. There is an 8 pointed star covering the figures groin. The piece is done in a minimal color palette of black, red, and warm beiges and yellows. /. End ID]
