as a person who's new to Tumblr/hasn't properly been on the website EVERYYYYTHINGGGG scares me... what am I doing what SHOULD I do what is reblogging am I reblogging too much (heavy on that one) am I posting too much what tags should I use why do tags feel so AWKWARD yet so FREE?? how do I make my shit look as cool as other shit why is EVERYONE ON HERE cool or SCARY ASF who do I trust who do I not trust what do people know about me have I been doxxed yet should I be scared or chill out are a lot of kids on here that arents supposed to be??? how do I talk to people on here w/o sounding insane? does Tumblr know about brainrot? what do they think of people who came from TikTok or Pinterest? should I censor my content even if I don't see a lot of people censoring theirs? also holy freaky I've seen things already some I like and some HWAAAAHHTTT does Tumblr even have censors....

Just thinking, what if Logan had never been sure about Wade and him being together. He wasn't sure if it was just a fling or if they were in a relationship since they had never really talked about it. Until one day, Wade called Logan his boyfriend or said whatever to confirm that they were indeed dating and Logan just broke down crying. He lunged towards Wade and ugly sobbed, just totally a crying mess. As no one had wanted him more than as a fling before.

All this talk about Timon’s masking behavior and his relationship with Pumbaa reminded me of this scenario that popped into my head while watching Mid-Century Modern, directly inspired by a heartfelt, adorable, and HILARIOUS scene between Jerry and Bunny. (If you’ve watched the show, you’ll know the one!!)

Scenario:

Pumbaa admits he has feelings for Timon. And articulates that he never brought it up because he didn’t want to ruin what they had. And how he thought Timon wouldn’t want to talk about feelings or define anything. And how, if they DID define it, the fear of losing each other was too great and terrible.

And Timon just straight up vomits in response. Not out of disgust, but out of emotional overwhelm. ☠️

Timon: (slow blinks)

I’ve been trying to rediscover how I like to draw Timon, so there has been some exploration going on. I’m trying to go for a cross between his design in the original TLK with some of the added appeal and expressiveness from the Timon and Pumbaa show. I love how energetic and frantic he is in the T&P show, but I like drawing him with a little more anatomy so he isn’t so noodly. I like him to look a bit sly and slinky too. He’s a fun little dude to draw. When I say this meerkat has me in a chokehold, I’m not kidding. 😭🤣

Hot take, but I think Timon has the most appealing design out of all of the Lion King characters, and maybe even ALL Disney characters. Sometimes I feel unworthy of drawing him. 😮‍💨

Also, threw in a little drawing of Mya booping Timon on the nose. He’s drunk on fermented marula fruit and she is threatening to knock him off balance hahahaha 😈
