Not much to say about this piece, just something experimental with my character Zelda. She was a birthday present from a dear friend of mine and I wanted to draw her! I’ve got mixed feelings about this piece but hopefully it’s at least interesting to look at!

Another resource for animal artists

So I have just discovered the absolutely incredible digital library of skull scans. These scans include not only images of bones (mainly skulls) but 3D MODELS THAT YOU CAN VIEW IN-BROWSER!

For example, come rotate my cranium here!

Keep in mind that you need to have the scientific name of the species you’re looking for in order to search for it, but that information’s only a Wikipedia page away.

Definitely gonna be doing some studies with this baby!
