Can you describe the ros physical descriptions? Also with the difference they had if you choose another gender (example : f!yeriel has shoulder length hair while m!yeriel has short hair) cause me being bi and doesn’t have any preference for personality/romance route, choose which ro to romanced by their looks.
I feel like i ask a lot from this, anyways.... hows the demo? :)
Hi anon! It's a-okay to ask, really, butttttt-- Well, in all honesty, I never really thought of differentiating their looks much, especially with how the story is in it's early stages.
But with this ask, I can actually clear up how the ROs would pretty much look
Alistair has naturally tan skin (a rich brownish orange tone), deep brown eyes and black undercut hair that he usually keeps in a messy combed back style, there is a natural red tuff of hair on the left side of his face, just above his eyebrow that falls over his features. He's the tallest among his siblings, standing at 5'10 and has a body similar to a swimmer's body.
Emrys has a deeper skin tone than his siblings, a tawny/taupe tone, bright blue eyes and deep black hair that he keeps long, reaching just above his butt. The shortest out of his siblings at around 5'7 and since he focused on studies more than training (though he does still get some), he's a bit on the leaner side
P has the fairest skin tone among their siblings, like a fair beige, bright eyes (yellow with hints of orange) and tousled orange hair. Second tallest at 5'8 (regardless of gender). Petra(f) and Phyllo(nb) have their hair reaching a bit under their chin while Paschal's is much shorter. They all have average body types but lean towards being a little more toned because of their constant travels and training(the ones that they don't skip).
Yeriel's skin tone is pretty similar to Alistair's just a little cooler. They have green eyes and brown hair. Yeriel(F) has her hair much longer than her male counterpart, reaching past her shoulders while M!Yeriel just has it to his shoulders; they both tie it back with a green ribbon. Because of their position as part of the army, they have pretty distinct builds, both of them are pretty muscled and tall (5'11).
Seiraya has a warm beige skin tone, vibrant lavender eyes and long bluish grey hair that they keep tied up and away but have enough to frame their face. They both have pretty much the same features and stand at 5'8; they have lean bodies with a bit of chub around their thighs, upper arms and thighs since they don't actually get around doing just as much physical work as the others (plus rich people food is amazing).
I can never understand how Snape apologetics can stand up for him when he CANONICALLY does this shit.
I can maybe, maybe, understand those who haven’t read the books standing up for him, because honestly the movies don’t cover all the horrible stuff he does. But those who have read the books and still stick up for him baffle me.
I mean, you don’t see anyone sticking up for the Dursley’s or Umbridge, when they do the same stuff to Harry as Snape. How is Snape any different?
Is it possible to build a good and healthy relationship with Ash even when I go against his desire to wipe out all the Replicas? Also does his status automatically go from sane to insane after seeing what happened to his home? Is there any way to keep him sane by the end of chapter 7?
CHAPTER 7 SPOILER
Whether Ash is sane or insane, depends on their personality trait. I added those to the stat screen and under every characters’ stats, for easy tracking!
For Ash to be sane, either trapped or sane needs to be bold for Ash to be, well, sane. And seeing their home does not flip the switch immediately, as their sanity depends on a few factors! For the choice that affects their sanity in part 1 of RBU, I’ve listed in this post.
All of this is just one point getting added for either sanity and insanity- so yes, it is possible to get a happy ending even if you go against their desires- would be a bit more challenging, but it is possible.
If you’ve got low relationship stats with Ash, their personality can switch from sane/insane to troubled/exhausted. Exhausted or insane are the negative traits where Ash is grumpy, violent, and aggressive. Troubled or sane traits equal (somewhat) healthy Ash!
It looks so promising! Just the summary itself is an art already, definitely looking forward for any kind of content <333
It’s gotten too quiet. Far too quiet. The wind doesn’t rush through the jagged rocks and twisted metal, the eagle doesn’t cry out high overhead. Not even the haunting static, nor the low mechanical hum. In this canyon, walls of glass and stone and shattered metal, no sound enters. No sound escapes. No screams of the dying, just the silence of those long dead.
Long dead. Like you.
Lost Birds is a post-apocalyptic story of survival and revenge, set in a distant and bleak future where everything that could go wrong, has.
You see, the end of the world wasn’t too bad. A flash of light, a searing heat, the taste of metal in your mouth. Waking up in a scorched plain to skies as black as the soil, to the first rain you had seen in years. Alone, you set off. One destination in mind. One purpose in mind.
You were not the only one to survive. The wilds have come alive again, stranger and more beautiful than ever. The people have come alive again, rebuilding on the frontiers, escaping the few cities left unscathed.
You find yourself an outsider amongst outsiders, a desperate seeker, searching for something lost to time and memory. A past hidden away from prying eyes, a future that relies on answers to a question you cannot ask. The promise of information brings you to a city sunken into the earth, secrets buried in the catacombs below. Your journey begins and ends there. Betrayed, dying with a question on your lips.
Dying wasn’t too bad. A fading of the light, a bitter coldness, the taste of blood in your mouth. Waking up, however, was as unpleasant as it was unexpected.
What to Expect:
Semi-customizable MC: choose your gender and personality, make impactful choices.
A blending of genres, from solarpunk to post-apocalyptic, with influences from westerns, cyberpunk and traditional science fiction.
A beautiful, surreal, and often dangerous new world to explore.
Immortality, as long as you’re not too picky about the definition.
A non-linear story, jumping back and forth between past, present and future.
Revenge. Maybe.
Your Companions:
The Ghost [nb]: A… being… from the place where nothing grows. A master tracker, as silent, swift and deadly as the prey they hunt.
The Traitor [m]: A young man wearing a battered uniform and a plethora of wounds, as lost morally as he is physically. The folks out here don’t take kindly to those with flexible loyalties.
The Deputy [f]: The judge, jury and executioner, both lawman and lawmaker. She may be harsh, but never make the mistake of calling her cruel to those she governs.
The Gunslinger [m, f, nb]: A fellow mercenary with a rather peculiar moral code. A fast hand and a faster wit.
The Archangel [f]: Your protector, a voice that woke you from death itself. A flickering hologram of a dead woman.

Boundary Pass
Boundary Pass is an interactive suspense novel that follows the experiences of a park ranger in the winter of 2003. Set in an isolated mountain pass known for its body-count, struggle to keep the mountains from claiming another life.
The demo currently has the full prologue, and is just over 4.5K words.
With the completion of the concept of a particular character, I've decided to make an announcement to both introduce this character, and explain how certain romance routes are going to play out.
I'd like to make it clear by saying that seven out of the nine planned romance routes are going to begin in book one. In The Ocean of Stars is book one in what I plan to be at least five different books. The majority of the main cast is that of the crew, and the reader will most likely meet all, if not the majority, by the end of chapter five.
What makes the two other routes different is their placement in the story. Hope (Subject 3024) will not arrive until much later in book one, which is why I've kept much of their story under wraps. However, because of the fact that they do appear in book one, I've gone ahead and listed their route down.
This new RO character is an essential character to the rest of the story, and will play a major role in book two. The introduction of this character is after book one has ended, and because of this, I've yet to add this character to this list as I do not wish to false advertise.
After much thought and consideration however, I've decided to go ahead and tentatively add this character to the list of ROs that will exist in the story.
I cannot say much about this character, this character's motivations, their backstory, etc., because none of it becomes prevalent until the second book. I didn't want to leave readers in the dark about this romance route in case they actually wish to romance them, however, so I will be including this character just in case.
You will have the option to pursue other romance routes until the end of book two, in which case you are permanently locked into a route for the rest of the series.
For now, whenever questions about the ROs as a whole pops up, I will be responding with only eight of the romance options instead of the full nine.
I will be updating the "Meet the Cast!" post soon, so be on the look out for that! Thank you!
