I think I found out the meaning behind the title FF7 "Rebirth"

Sephiroth will be reborn/rebirthed like a phoenix, either try to become a god again like he did in the OG or he'll be reborn as a hero.

The fire/phoenix symbolism also ties in with the seraph/star symbolism associated with Sephiroth

Consider the following headcanon that Luigi and Cloud Strife sometimes bond with each other over their questionable crushes. I'm imagining Luigi just gushing over every aspect of Bowser while Cloud is just silently sitting there questioning his entire existence.

Luigi:Bowser is such a softy~!

Cloud:*grumbling* mhhh hmm, yeah like falling in love with a giant turtle dragon is normal
