Everytime ao3 is down I'm reminded of two things:
One is that humans have and always will love telling stories, and they will continue to do so even if there is no benefit to telling these stories, but simply because we love creating things
The other is that a concerning amount of people use fanfiction as a form of escapism and we should probably look into that
Remember when I said id draw art every 5 kudos, yeah that was before we hit 136,,, I am not doing that shit

idk man, i just wanna write a fic that someone reads obsessively at 3am. a fic that someone loses sleep to finish because just one more chapter and tries to give multiple kudos. a fic that people will leave a comment on every chapter. i want to write a fic that people will recommend to others, that they think nails the characterization and relationship dynamic. i want to write someone’s comfort fic, someone’s favorite fic, or someone’s fic they read when they want to re-read something. i want to be that fic writer. i want to write that fic.

Spider-Man and Deadpool going from their first Pride Parade :3
Deadpool found out by a chance, that Spider-man is bi (but he doesn't know yet, that Peter also is a transman hehe) and invited him to go to a parade.
Wade was there many times, but for Peter it’s all new. He kinda didn’t have anyone before to go with. And he was too nervous and afraid of the perspective to get shutdown alone to go without anyone.
Peter still hides his identity from Wade, so they agreed to go there in the masks. Peter got a lot of compliments from Wade and even made some in return, but he’s too afraid to admits even himself, how many times he was staring at Wade that day. Too many. So cute and SO short shorts oh my g-
Wade was screaming into his pillow about a ten minutes at home. It was a wonderful day.

When Aunt May dies, it’s the final nail in the coffin of Peter’s decaying mental health. Then comes Deadpool, clothed in leather, smelling of gun smoke, and a voice like honey that whispers everything’s gonna be okay. Will Peter be able to resist the very man he’s supposed to hate?

Chapter one of my slow burn spideypool fic!
The man he’s holding by the shirt slumps to the ground as his grip unfolds. His knuckles ache, but his heart still itches for another fight.
Sensing his intentions, Wade clears his throat. “Not here for a fight! Though I’d totally love to see you kick my ass, several times, with your hand-“
“Shut up.”
“Yep! Lips are sealed.” He mimes the motion of zipping up his mouth, then shudders as if the very thought would drive him mad.
“What do you want with me?”
The new leaks have me going crazy but this is all I have to offer
I have one more Vestige Shigaraki annoys Deku AU, except I combined it with the Vestige Bakugou theory from Heroes Rising.
Anyway, everyone's a pro hero now, and Izuku finally figured out how to annoy Tomura for a change 🤣 worth it?

He takes to the streets, clothed in darkness and itching for a fight, and Peter finds it. Again, and again, and again. He’s quiet this time, his voice too hoarse from tears to speak, too enraged to do anything other than scream. So the only sounds that fill the warehouses are the dull pangs of fists and blood splatters. Knuckles hitting flesh, and screams echoing off of stained walls.
One day, when the nights calm, Peter will be disgusted by the monster who stalked the streets, for once his knuckles red from another man’s ichor. Today, he feels righteous.

When Spider-Man loses it all, will a deal with Deadpool save them both?
