At first when you met her, you realized that she was different but you never spoke up about it.

Rose is so curious about you and Earth. Whenever you explain a human tradition or something basic as how cars work, she's listening intently but somehow manages to get close, too close.

I headcanon that Rose only stayed with Greg for Steven.

Rose is always worried for your safety since you're a human and so fragile to almost everything around you.

If Rose likes you romantically, she learns how to be "affectionate" but her ways in affection is keeping you in her room, usually breaking boundaries, pushing you into things you might not be ready for. But isn't this how humans show "love"?

If it's platonic, she's still keeping you in her room and acts more motherly around you while always being concerned for your well being.

Rose is always so eager to learn, it's like a craving to her, she needs you to teach her, she needs to hear you explain everything about Earth and humans.

She knows how humans have short lifespans, but she needs you! Who else is going to teach her about Earth if you die? So she makes you immortal.

At first you're confused on how that was even possible until you looked at your skin. Pink.

I also headcanon that the obsession might get a tad worse when Steven is born, its mainly platonic but there's a slight chance that those feelings might turn romantic in Future.

Steven just has the urge to just care and smother you 24/7, but when you try to tell him off, he gets upset. Why can't he care for you like his mother did? Your the one person that makes him feel like you're his parent, can't he just return the favor?

before getting captured (if you had read my info post on Star)

her solo career was actually spreading throughout the village and becoming successful until

one night she was walking and exploring way outside of Pop Village (since she basically lived there her whole life, she got curious and wanted to explore) everything was going smooth but then she got captured by V&V >:(

(im sorry I didn't know that the fade was that bad)

after being held captive for almost 3 months, her hair eventually started getting white but her body never went transparent like Floyd did

very suspicious indeed 🤨 (I also headcannon that before V&V captured Floyd, they had put Star in a glass perfume bottle instead of diamond)

Star had somewhat came up with a plan that after V&V had used her after their last concert and after the duo left, that night she would make the bottle fall, making it break, using her hair to go up the HVAC system (does this plan make sense at all? 😭)

that morning, Velvet was pissed at the fact Star escaped, thats when the duo decided to use diamond next time, since it's impossible to break.

even though she injured her shoulder during the fall, she maneged to escape Mount Ragous (is that how it's spelled???) and make it back to Pop Village (dw her shoulder ended up healing on her way back to the village (it took her A VERY LONG time to get back since she traveled on foot)

when she finally got back, the whole village was worried about Star but most importantly worried about her hair so she just simply replied 'I just did some exploring and plus, I think it's a good look'

(obviously lying, but the village bought it without suspicion)

a year later, Star tried dying her hair back to the original color but, it didn't work over and over Star thought she was doing something worng until.....

at the doctors office, they explained that whatever happened to her (Star didn't tell the doctors what exactly happened) it had caused Stars hair to now be white PERMANENTLY, meaning she can't dye it, and that she'll either have to deal with it or wear a wig

Star thought 'no big deal, bet it won't mess with my popularity or fame since I'm a solo singer lol, it's just hair'

but damn, was she wrong

turns out when you have white hair, people consider you a 'freak' or find the hair 'unnatural' and a 'unnecessary change' 😕

so Stars manager (aka her cousin, Anthony) had recommend her wearing a wig that looked exactly like her original hair so that way, she would keep her popularity

Hear me out, at first I thought she'd be yellow or white but when it came to me picking which diamond they'd be, I focus on how they are after Pink got "shattered" and the reason why is because both Blue and Pearl have a thing in common: they mourn the loss of a person that was important to them. Blue mourned for thousands of years after Pink was gone, Pearl mourned Rose when she decided to give up her physical form so Steven could exist.

But if I were to foucus on who she belonged to before Pink, she'd be White Diamond.
