Amity Park is sorta it's own entity at this point in the story and constantly gives a giant middle finger to the normal passage of time and space so Superman wasn't on earth yet and nothing really major happened for Danny and the rest of Amity (that they knew about) so they are a bit clueless when it comes to certain stuff.

Danny avoids Constantine like a plague, he does not fancy the fucked up magician one bit. Until he gets a proper hot water bath and stops smelling like alcohol and regret then maybe they could be friends.

Had an idea for dpxdc fandom again 🤭. By the way nobody knows about Amity Park, the town just sorta appeared one day to outsiders.

"Yeah so like I accidentally time travelled to the past and met some aliens. We got along really well if you know what I mean."

"Sir are you admiting that you travelled back in time and had sex with aliens?"

"Yup! I believe they were called kyrptonians or something, I even held their baby, he was the cutest thing ever. I believe his name was Kal-El."

"...Kryptonian as in the same species as Superman."

"Superwho?"

Yet another AO3 bot situation - please spread the word!

Hi, it's me again, the person who wrote that viral post about fanfiction plagiarism! Today I'm here to warn you about abuse perpetrated by bots who have stolen AO3 usernames.

There's currently an epidemic of bots going around leaving (apparently random) horrible, hateful comments on people's fics. This isn't the first time bots have invaded AO3, but the big problem with this wave is that they're using real AO3 usernames to do it.

I learned about this when another writer contacted me after receiving the following comment on their story:

Now, while that is my username, I DEFINITELY did not leave this comment (and anyone who would leave something like that on a fic should be slapped! What an awful thing to post). This fic is in a completely unrelated fandom that I have never participated in, nor has that author participated in any of my fandoms, so the probability of it being some intentional fandom drama thing to make me look bad is also low.

The writer whose fic the comment was left on enlisted the aid of some friends and tracked down other guest comments with unrelated usernames attached, which is pretty strong evidence that they are being left by bots at random.

The TL;DR: If you receive a cruel comment from a (Guest) with an actual AO3 username attached, it's most likely from a bot. Please do not lash out at or dogpile the AO3 user who owns that name, and who in all likelihood has no idea that their name has been hijacked for evil.

If finding this kind of comment on a fic, even left by a bot, is likely to upset you, I would recommend changing your comment settings so that only users who are logged in can leave comments. To do this, edit your story settings, and under "Privacy," select the radio button that says "Only registered users can comment," as shown below.

Please spread the word to other AO3 users! And if you see mean guest comments on other fics, maybe let the author know that it's probably from a bot and not a real person who thinks their writing is bad.

It gets even funnier if this somehow gets Danny a date with Bruce and Damian has to live with the knowledge that he unintentionally aquired a new love interest for his father.

Damian has...borrowed one of father's Rolls Royces. It's fine, he's Robin; he knows how to drive. He's not incompetent, and he's going to prove it by taking a simple drive around the city.

Except that Grayson calls him, and won't stop talking, and when Damian hangs up Grayson just calls him again. And again. And again.

Damian takes his eyes off the road.

There's a loud thump, a crunching sound, something hits the windshield, and the car rocks.

Damian slams on the brakes.

He gets out of the car...and it appears that he's hit a man around father's age.

The car is very, very damaged. The man is very, very unconscious.

And as Damian hears a motorcycle pull up, an engine that he knows very well as he's heard Grayson drive it a million times, he knows that he is very, very much in a lot of trouble.

Or; Danny gets hit by Bruce Wayne's youngest son while going for a walk before going to work. His work at Wayne Enterprises. Yeah, he just got hit by his boss's son.

Me, personally, if I was in the Lookism universe and apart of Allied I would be making fun of Daniel and Gun's relationship 24/7, any chance I get, all day everyday. Danny damn well went to Gun in that prison on some "free my man!" bullshit as if he's not in his natural habitat flourishing, the dick he was getting in that society ride junkyard could NOT have been that good. Like babygirl, stand up!

And don't even get me started on Gun's clown ass.

We all know damn well that if Daniel decides to run away like Eli did tomorrow he would be the first bitch crashing tf out.

Acting as if that glass seperating him and Daniel isn't the only thing stopping him from lovingly caressing his hair. We all saw how that hand went to pat Daniel on instinct, you ain't slick Shiro Oni 🙄.

Being a Hudson/Daniel shipper is not for the weak, I am grasping at crumbs whenever I have to search for fanfics. I even contemplated going back to Wattpad just to see if the story gods have taken any pity on me. 😭

Birds Of A Feather Fight Ghost Together

Danny is now a bird. No, he did not transform willingly and yes it did have something to do with Vlad's new weapon because creepy old men who have acess to advanced tech will try anything on unsuspecting teenagers these days. It's not all that bad though, he can still fight pretty good as a weird pigeon (the ghost learned very fast that sharp talons to the face were not worth it) and the only downside was his attraction to shiny things, which has only distracted him a few times (no Jazz he was not hording the fancy and shiny forks, he was just holding onto them incase he needed them for a bigger dinner later).

Anyways he was flying through the GZ on his way to either find more shiny things or peck out another ghost's eyes, he doesn't mind which comes first, when a glint caught his beady bird eyes.

"Shiny thing first it is."

As Danny flew closer he realized two things. One, the shiny thing was infact a shiny sword. Two, the shiny sword was being wielded by a child in the middle of fighting a ghost.

He quickly flew down opening his beak and produced a small coo wail that immediately popped the creature. Danny needed to figure out how the boy ended up– Wait! HE HAS FRIES!

He'll figure out that later but now he needs those fries.

Royal-ish

Thinking about it Makoto during or after the tragedy would be so high up on the social list that people would start treating him like royalty. Like this man survived a killing game, took down the mastermind that screwed the world over and rehabilatated the most dangerous group of people alive on their planet.

You cannot tell me that Togami and Kirigiri are not working 24/7 to keep people at bay from outright taking him away or desperately trying to marry him (after the tragedy nobody really cares if they're the same sex, they still want him) and that's just the tamer side of things. People have also begun to worship him (much to his dismay) and are already forming weird cults because of it. Makoto just wants to relax in peace but Togami has made sure that whenever he leaves their building he is guarded by atleast five highly trained armed guards.

He tries to protest against this once because he doesn't fully realize that people actually think he's really royalty now and Kyoko brought up all the times he had to be saved from a kidnapping because they let him leave by himself.

"I can take care of myself."

"Did the last three cult leaders tell you that?"

"..."

"..."

"Touché."

Damsel Not In Distress: The Kidnapped Chronicles

Just a short story I'll be posting here with Danny getting kidnapped constantly but beating the shit out of his kidnappers, and somehow going viral everytime he does it.

To think this all started because he kissed Robin on the cheek as a quick thank you for 'saving' Cujo before rushing off with his green dog. Well, unfortunately for Danny someone caught it on video and it had been trending for a while.

Things had finally settled down when some idiot kidnapped him and some other civilians claiming how he was going to use Danny to lure out the Bats because obviously giving Robin a peck on the cheek meant that they were in a relationship together.

After freeing himself and beating up the criminal this has become an almost weekly occurence. And then it finally happened, one of Gotham's major villians kidnapped him...the Joker.

Glad to say that after freeing himself Danny promptly walked up to the man who was still talking to the camera, not noticing the pissed off teenager behind him, and used the ropes that once had him tied to choke the Joker. Luckily for the Joker the Bats arrived and took care of things before it became a crime scene.

What Danny was not expecting was being crushed on by Robin, who had been showing up after his beatdown of criminals.

Too bad Damian Wayne wants to make Danny his.
