So be angry, and keep going. Let your mind go into combat mode, fight with make believe people and through situations that aren't really happening. But keep going. Be sad, be exhausted, lose hope. But keep going. Still show up. Do the work. Because the anger and fighting and fear and sadness and tiredness and hopelessness? It will pass. It will fade naturally when you keep going. If you let it stop you, it wins.

“To you, I’m gonna give all my secrets away. Would you then, if you knew everything about me, still you still want to stay?”

Yes, I was infatuated with you: I am still. No one has ever heightened such a keen capacity of physical sensation in me. I cut you out because I couldn't stand being a passing fancy. Before I give my body, I must give my thoughts, my mind, my dreams. And you weren't having any of those.
Sylvia Plath
“It’s easy to take off your clothes and have sex. People do it all the time. But opening up your soul to someone, letting them into your spirit, thoughts, fears, future, hopes, dreams… that is being naked.”
— Rob Bell
“The image of the morning sun in a dewdrop is not less than the sun. The reflection of life in your soul is not less than life.”
— Khalil Gibran
—Albert Camus
