"Freedom is never given; it is won."
A. Philip Randolph - (1889-1979) - Politician and Civil Rights Activist
Until there is justice, there will be no peace.
Don't be too quick to interpret the moment. Just keep quiet. My encouragement would always be: never think anything is against you, everything is blessing. Why should it be different? Just be quiet. Let it all work itself out.

His name was Sam Nordquist. A 24 year old transgender man who was brutally tortured from months before that torture killed him.
At this point they are not calling it a hate crime as it is still under investigation but we cannot let this heinous murder be swept aside by other news. We owe it to him to make sure what happened to him is not forgotten and that those whose hands are covered in his blood, those responsible for the horrors he faced before death, are held accountable and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
It is a damn shame that New York does not have the death penalty. Though that would be too kind. These sick bastards deserve to go through exactly what they put him through. An eye for an eye.
Please do not let this be forgotten. Sam Nordquist. His name was Sam Nordquist. He was 24.
