"Sorry, sorry, I probably shouldn't laugh, but--! Ha!--" Clearly, despite his words, the mage wasn't making much of an effort to contain his laughter.

"Did you know that my Meta Knight once got mad at Marx and me for the same thing a while back!?" Though, of course, in his world's case, it later turned out that it was Meta Knight himself, alongside King Dedede, who were the ones to accidentally teach the young puff those forbidden words. But Meta Knight sure was ready to murder Marx and him before the truth was revealed! He could hardly blame his other self for wanting to escape the swordsman's wrath.

"Surely something about how great and cute and cool I am, right?" He added with a wink. Would it be self-centered to say such things about another version of yourself?
