If someone Show love or affection/like for Frieza, Frieza's subconscious will feel he don't deserve it. Because He think he can't response the love back and He think he even can't notice or understand the love. So he think he don't deserve love or affection/like from other. (His family not count in)

He will have a certain fear and disgust towards people who are too similar to himself.(example Frost) Because he subconsciously believes that he cannot be trusted and sympathized with.

Frieza has a smarter brain than the average person, You even Can say he is a genius,Almost an all-around genius. But His mind is not fully mature,In a sense his mind is close to that of a child.So his love for his family is pure, maybe not deeper than his family, but his love is just love without any other emotions or distracting thoughts. Because Only a kid will love people without other thing.

One of Frieza's Habit is ignore his own emotional needs. He also will ignore his own pain and just act like nothing happen. It is his coping mechanism.

my Headcannon of Universe 7 North Galaxy

The Galactic Patrol’s Galactic Empire was actually in a cooperative relationship with Frieza’s empire (though it wasn’t called the Frieza Empire back then, as Frieza had not yet been born—it was during the era of his ancient ancestors). Together, they founded the Northern Galaxy Civilization Alliance. In this alliance, if any country that had joined was attacked, it would be considered an act of war against the entire alliance.

The only requirement for joining the Northern Galaxy Civilization Alliance was having the ability for interstellar travel. Upon joining, the nation was required to have its entire population learn the Northern Galaxy Standard Language. This was designed to unite different cultures and species. Races that could not communicate through the standard language or lacked interstellar movement capability were generally not considered equals by the majority of the galactic civilizations.

Among the lower classes of the Northern Galaxy, the bottom-tier citizens within Frieza’s empire actually lived the best lives. There was zero hunger within the empire. Citizens had access to free education, at least up to university level, along with numerous other social benefits. Anyone willing to work hard was guaranteed a chance to rise, although talent still mattered. Overall, it was a system of positive competition.

The empire’s excellent welfare system is one of the reasons why, even though the casualty rate in Frieza’s army was relatively high—and soldiers could be sacrificed as cannon fodder or accidentally killed by Frieza himself—so many still eagerly joined. Because, at the very least, they lived happily until the moment they died.

As for why the Saiyans lived such miserable lives, it was because they frequently defaulted on debts, betrayed their contracts, caused trouble, and proved impossible to domesticate. Most importantly, the Saiyans were, in essence, collateral pledged by their royal family—they were never truly considered Frieza’s subordinates.

my headcanon version of King Cold

warn: Traumatic experience

King Cold of my headcanon version is the most gentle and good tempered person in the family and he is the person that most close to normal people in the family. He is docile and soft person if he is not doing his work(a work as an emperor).

King Cold don't really like his job as an emperor, He be the emperor because his all of his brother all dead and no one can be the emperor at that time except him. He don't like his job , you even can say he hate it.

King Cold is the most normal person in his family(compare to his son Cooler and Frieza) but He made his father(Glacial) to a specimen and hug it and cry sometime.

King Cold forced to Kill his own father by his own father. When King Cold is taking an energy blade, his own father walk to the blade and let the blade to pierce himself to dead. And King Cold become the emperor, because his all of his brother all dead and no one can be the emperor at that time except him.

Two of them them suicide,another two is died by accident the last three is kill by King Cold himself forced by his father.(King Cold is a teen when he forced to kill his brother and his father by his father.)

He was just a 16 year old kid when his own dad forced him to commit multiple murders of his own flesh and blood. this guy had at 16 was just a whole lot of pressure, trauma, and family issues…

This is a dude who's able to keep his head in any and every situation regardless of the horrors of his past. Yet he's got this weird issue with his son and his father… man, this guy has psychological issues but he's also got deep emotions. So he has attachment issues to his own kin despite the crazy-ass history. this guy is a walking emotional contradiction.He's both mentally tough af,but also emotionally fragile.

 the most abnormal thing about King Cold of my headcanon version is being go through all kind of abnormal thing , he still act like a normal person.

He will surveillance on other people(all people in Frieza force or have cooperate with him)(of course his family too) pessimistic, will thinking Randomly about what bad thing will happen to him. my headcanon version of Frieza and Cooler Frieza is Cooler small brother but born stronger than Cooler. Cooler jealous him, hate him and love him and never get out from his shadow. Cooler try to kill Frieza many time and always fail and give up. Frieza never hate his brother. Frieza trust his brother and think Cooler will never really want to kill him or can kill him. Frieza see his big brother Cooler as his responsibility and he need to talk care about him. But Cooler think he is the big brother , he need to take care and protect his small brother Frieza but Frieza is too strong and too independent is no need other to take care and protect. Cooler feel frustrated because of Frieza no need him to take care as Frieza himself is too independent and strong to need to take care of. In Cooler mind Frieza can't be hurt by anything. He see frieza something like god mix some demon or a monster., but not a normal person like other. Frieza will trust Cooler even Cooler try to kill him many time. Frieza don't understand what is love but he is actually care about his big brother Cooler and his father King Cold even he didn't realize it. Frieza is not good at expressing feeling and not sure about his feeling let Frieza look indifference and alienation but he is not that indifference and alienation that he look like. Frieza is the more cold , calm , collect and emotionless one of the two brother. He can't understand feeling like a normal person. He mostly feel numb and empty and he is not easy to get angry but when he get angry will be very angry and will do thing withthout thinking , he will be very inrational and impulsive. Frieza struggle with understanding his identity sometime. He don't really know who is he and why he was born. Frieza have self-destructive tendencies. Frieza was born with a tendency to self-destruct but his desire to survive is keeping his alive. Frieza have fear of forming relationships with others. Cooler is very care and protective about his side person , he is more easy to made heart-to-heart relationship compare to Frieza even Cooler is more hot-tempered and aggressive. Cooler has a more aggressive and combat-hungry nature than other members of his family. He is more willing to throw himself into battle. Cooler have a love-hate relationship with Frieza.
