In TikTok, they take Totomaru's lack of information as mysterious. In Tumblr, they take it as a lack of writing and underwhelming information like Amano Akira doesn't care about Totomaru's character that much.

That's how I see and interpret it.

In my opinion, I feel like Totomaru's lack of character information is indeed rather mysterious. Considering that RKDD is a mystery manga, is there a reason behind it? I don't think he should be just there because he is a deuteragonist. He needs to have a story of his own.
