Same with Pirates, Oulaws or Cowboys of the Wild West were 100% criminals. They robbed banks, killed people, and just were menaces wherver they went. So, that being said was America a cowboy?

Perhaps he was a Bounty Hunter? A Real Outlaw, Perhaps one or several Old Western stories are about him? Or Maybe he always thought it was a cool idea but never was an Outlaw (Hate this idea!)?
