israel's invasion of jenin is so aggressive and inhumane that it speaks volumes how underreported it is in mainstream media. blocking aid from the refugee camps (classic starvation tactic), displacing at least 20 families in the last 24 hours alone, and now setting fire to jenin's market. they are razing streets with bulldozers. people are left without electricity, food, or water. and now they're targeting ambulances and medical staff without even trying to pretend it's erroneous or they're just terrorists. this is what complete impunity looks like

It seemed odd that this was sent to my inbox rather than someone sharing it with me through messages, I would understand if I had a post that had a lot of notes but as someone who mainly reblogs stuff this was weird. Another thing was the “gofundme” link just his paypal

I ended up reverse image searching the photos from the accounts same pinned post and saw this (unfortunately I couldn’t find matches for any of the other photos)

It seems like people are trying to scam others under the guise of donations. It’s hard to say “be cautious with where you donate” in a time like this but this is genuinely so disgusting I needed to share it. (also on twitter I confirmed that yes this is a fake account using their photos)

but we're. still. here.

indigenous people are still here. black people are still here. colonized people are resilient. even if you kill our people, ban our languages, destroy our homes, heritage sites and artifacts, we will always find a way to keep our cultures alive and that has always been true

so much of the west and isntreal's tactics and actions are hauntingly familiar to me as a viet person. its a colonizer's rinse and repeat. and so that's how i know palestine will be free. we've seen this film before]
