One of the funniest failures of US school system is the fact they are legally obligated to teach us all the states but they never actually show how big Alaska is like I have actually had teachers tell me that Texas is the biggest state. We have all just convinced ourselves that Alaska is that small shrunken down thing on most US maps and the people that know it's the largest state can almost never accurately describe how large it is.
For context here is a picture
-exfoliate on a regular basis. this is KEY to making your skin glow. some ways to exfoliate are:
*physical exfoliation (for body): exfoliating gloves or korean italy towels are great for the body because they really scrub away the dead skin and you can use them with any soap.
*chemical exfoliation (for body): lactic acid lotion exfoliates and promotes cell turn over. it’ll get rid of hyper pigmentation and also make your skin baby soft and give you that rihanna glow (well, almost. she’s on a whole other level tbh) here’s a post on how to make your own.
*physical exfoliation (for face): i’m not a big fan on physically exfoliating the face but i love using a konjac sponge whenever i do. some people also like using facial scrubs or spin brushes.
*chemical exfoliantion (for face): ahas, bhas, and fruit enzyme exfoliants are all peels made to exfoliate the face. here’s a little more info on them and how to pick one best suited for your skin
-vitamin c serums are known for getting rid of hyper pigmentation, evening your skin tone and giving you a natural glow.
-melanie mills hollywood gleam body radiance can be used on the face and the body to give a glowy appearance. it’s also transfer proof so you don’t have to worry about it getting everywhere. mix with your body lotion or your facial moisturizer before applying for a natural, radiant glow that lasts.
-waxing your legs is always better than shaving and makes you look way smoother, but if you can’t wax for some reason don’t fret. if you want to shave your legs and have them still look smooth and glowy: soak your skin in warm/hot water for at least 10 minutes, exfoliate, then shave ALONG the hair growth with fresh new razor. once you’re done shaving get a loofah and scrub your legs again (be gentler this time, but still firm.) once you get out moisturize and put baby oil (ogx also has a argan oil of morocco dry oil that smells amazing and gives you a nice sheen as well) all over your legs.
-moisturize your skin every day. use shea butter or coconut oil alone or along with your lotion every time you get out the shower.
-use sunscreen ALL over every day, especially if you just exfoliated. it doesn’t matter how dark you are, everybody needs sunscreen to stay radiant & youthful looking.
-using rosehip oil and/or argan oil on the face gives a very moisturized, lit from within type glow.
-stay hydrated. if you’re dehydrated and not drinking enough water, it shows! keep a water bottle on you at all times and also up your intake of herbal teas and fruit juices.
-use aloe vera (preferably from the plant) on your face as a mask as well as drinking aloe water. it can help improve skin and make you look deeply moisturized and radiant.
-masturbate regularly. orgasms get your blood flowing and give you an all over glow.
-get a good amount of rest. when you’re sleep deprived it make your skin look dull and sallow. make sure you get at least 8 hours every night.
-do sheet masks regularly because they’re nice and juicy and you can rub the essence into your skin afterwards.

As part of a new campaign called Sesame Street and Autism: See Amazing in All Children, the long-running children’s show introduced a Julia, a girl living with autism, in an online storybook. In the book, Elmo teaches Abby about Julia and autism. This story is just one part of the Sesame Street initiative to fight autism stigma.
Not sure how this works. I'll figure things out as I go. But for now, I hope what I have isn't difficult to navigate.
