Alicent's vs Daemon's treatment by the audience
i have a disease that makes me see every female character as a lesbian and its called being smarter than everyone
I think you’ve cracked the code! 😍
I have a new theory, so we all know that Mike is bald and I know there have been some rumors circulating that Will might be bald,so let’s think about this,
Mike clearly has some sort of internalized baldphobia/is a repressed bald, so if Will comes out to him as bald Mike may reject him because of his baldphobia,
so this is where Mikhail comes in, what if after Mike rejects Will, Will goes to Mikhail (forgetting to put his wig back on) and Mikhail fully accepts Will and also reveals himself as bald
After they get together as they’re in love and Mike has to suffer as he’s never able to accept the fact that he’s bald.
Idk I think this theory has a huge chance of becoming canon…
I’m super into Newsies right now. I loveee it. And as in most fandoms I get obsessed with, I have latched onto a few ships. And it has come to my attention that JackCrutchie apparently gets a lot of hate? So Um basically I loveee discussing Newsies and like I don’t care what you ship as long as it’s not a pro ship but if you’re like super anti-JackCrutchie to the point where u think u have to explain to me why u don’t like the ship, please just block me. 🙂
POV: You are Will Byers
Not my parents forcing me into going to my homophobic uncle’s house and acting like I’m being over dramatic for being upset with them 😍
hotd tells the story of an undying love between two women which consistently overcomes the violence of war, feudalism, and patriarchy. the affection between rhaenyra and alicent weaves through the narrative to tell us something larger about misogyny, gendered violence, etc., that is far more compelling than f&b's incessant and arguably banal “male primogeniture is bad,” thesis. rhaenyra and alicent are not “codependent,” and hotd’s writing (with regards to this relationship) is not “misogynistic;” this relationship is a representation of the power of love against seemingly insurmountable odds and the consequences of rejecting adherence to duty in an inherently corrupt sociopolitical system. rhaenyra and alicent’s dedication to one another sharply contrasts the brutality of the dance, compelling the audience to contemplate the futility of the conflict, the pervasive nature of misogyny, and, ultimately, the faculty of love as a means to combat suffering.
I feel like this needs no explanation
the irony of Mike and Will hiding in a closet together during the apocalypse is just too good the duffers have to use it please I would laugh so hard lmaooo
