Adding on to my previous post, I’m kind of in between hyperfixations on fandoms currently, so I might rebrand this account to be more of a general, multi-fandom blog rather than just having ST everywhere, since I kind of created this blog whilst in the middle of that hyperfixation lol. Just as heads up in case things change :)

As I look back at it, it was mighty vulnerable of Alastor to casually drop the "just because you see a smile, don't think you know what's going on underneath" speech to Charlie. Like, why would you give your act away like that, buddy?

Seconds before he did it, Charlie literally said what he has been saying since day one, that Alastor is at the Hotel to smile while sinners try to climb the ladder of betterment only to fall down to the fiery pits of failure. She didn't assume that he cares or that he is what he is not.

So why the fuck say something like that, Alastor? Why give her ideas that you don't actually enjoy the Hotel Crew suffering? Yea, I know that he manipulates her to get out of his deal, but he could've said anything else without telling her that 'oh no, my smile is a copying mechanism to fake any sense of control even when I'm not okay'.

This man is an enigma and I love him.
