Idea is based on a small Aurelothy roleplay I had with my friend about their first kiss. Long story short:

Aurelia makes Timothy (her servant) go to a fancy party as her +1 to keep her company and keep off the lewd golddiggers by pretending to be her partner. As the conversations continue, some of the folks don't seem to be 100% convinced that they are actually a couple and of course Aurelia is having none of that. So she grabs him by the shirt and pulls him into a sudden deep kiss. Of course when she pulls away, Tim ends up with the shock of a lifetime and Lia just exclaims "Convinced now?" to the rest of the group with a very cocky smile 😏

for those of you who haven’t read the brothers karamazov (though i highly recommend you do) the plot (in huge simplification) goes like this: father and son hate each other’s guts and are in love with the same woman. the father gets killed and the son is the main suspect. he wants to kill himself, but first he throws a party. briefly, the old lover of the woman returns, but he turns out to be a dick and she breaks up with him. during the party, the son gets captured by the police. i won’t give you spoilers for the rest of the book :)
