Guys, get ready to drag me kicking and screaming back into the Marauders fandom because Captain America Brave New World comes out on the 13th, and I'm like the biggest marvel buff that I know but I really need to write the 10 Bllu children like it's a nessacity.
"The Winner Takes It All" by ABBA is so post first wizarding war wolfstar coded.
Oh dear gods, oh dear gods, oh dear gods!
REMUS BLACK USING HIS MAIDEN NAME WHILE TEACHING IN HOGWARTS!!!
And all students are completely confused why no Slytherin dares to act up in his class, mock him or play pranks on him.
No, they are even PROTECTING Professor Lupin, any student that tries something feels the collective wrath of House Slytherin.
One brave Ravenclaw, after thousands of theories started floating around, asks their Slytherin friend why.
The blank stare speaks of a traumatic experience.
"Because one time, before we knew, a Slytherin caused his cane to slip and him to fall. He was laughing, his husband wasn't. That summer every single one of us got chewed out for humiliating the husband of Lord Black. Lord Black himself was so 'kind' to give us some 'lessons on proper behaviour'."
The shudder and glassy eyes were sign enough that nobody wanted to know what happened during those lessons.
(Regulus had and would never seriously harm children, no matter if physically or psychologically, but some humility was never wrong. Remus was laughing his ass off the entire time.)
I'm sorry. I don't know if I'm just not far enough into House (because I'm only up to season 4 but have seen so many spoilers it feels like I've seen it all). But James Wilson will never be able to fight the Neil Perry allegations when it literally says he was formerly an actor on his Wikipedia page like hello.
Part 1/?
Everyone talks about how Remus could pull Regulus to the light side.
But can we consider Regulus pulling Remus to the dark side?
I mean, both are scared little pups that just want to be loved - perfect targets for a cult.
Creatures are (somewhat) accepted by Voldy, see Greyback, the alliances with the werewolves, giants, etc. While the current government is making their lives hell.
Really, the only problem would be that Remus loves his muggle mother, but Voldemort can be charming af, and Remus is a talented young wizard (that can also be weaponised during full moons).
The promise of a place where people know he is a werewolf and still accept him, where he has Regulus and the Slytherin Skittles… The promise of a world where he doesn’t have to feel hate simply bc he is a werewolf.
If taken in at a weak moment, it could have happened.
Idk, but I have this headcanon that Lucifer, in all his time in hell, only owns one soul. That soul, being Sera's, who made the extermination deal with Lucifer. In exchange for the once a year slaughter of sinners, he gets her soul so Sera knows exactly what's on the line if Heaven breaks the contract.
An actual need right here, guys
chat I've made a purchase-
Honestly, it's something Regulus would hold over Sirius' head for the rest of his life. He wasn't there to see the aftermath, to see Remus so incredibly heartbroken because he thought he could trust him with his biggest secret. He wasn't there to see the bed rotting depression Remus was in for the days following after. And it will always affect how Regulus treats Sirius.
Because Regulus was there, he was the one who had to be what Remus needed and tell him that their friendship could be mended and that it was probably an accident that Sirius didn't mean it. Even though Regulus didn't believe what he was saying.
So now that they are out of the danger zone, he is definitely petty. Whenever they have a bad argument, Regulus will throw it in Sirius' face for an instant win, not caring if it was a low blow.
The constant reminder actually helps Sirius grow because it is a constant reminder thrown in his face of what he doesn't want to be anymore and a reminder of the person he wants to work towards to become. Yes, somedays this tactic makes him feel worse rather than better, guilt almost consuming him. But overall, it's making him a better person.
Idk if this has been round tumblr yet, but how do we think Regulus would react to finding out about the "prank" that Sirius pulled on Remus in fifth year.
Already dating moonwater.
Remus is going to Regulus as soon as he can walk again, sobbing the hardest he ever has, inconsolable really. He has to get talked down from multiple panic attacks before he can even get a rough explanation out of what James had told him had happened, who at the time was shaking so badly from poorly concealed rage at Sirius.
But Sirius better count his days. If he isn't already disowned by now, he will be shortly because Regulus will stop at nothing to make his life a living hell until Remus and Sirius have made up on their own terms. He is beyond livid and manages to turn most of the school against Sirius when they don't even know what happened (like Harry's 4th year but worse)
Sirius Black, the type of guy to give in to the impulse of opening the door of a fast-moving car.
Parent-teacher interviews the year before The Four Horsemen of The Apocalyse (TFHTA) Remus had off handedly mentioned to Minerva, while trying to stop the most shit eating grin form, that the quadruplets looked up to Barty and James. Minerva paled dramatically, rethinking all her life decisions that could have made her deserve this.
Also, I could so see their look alikes clinging to someone else.
Like baby 1# (Sirius look alike) is obsessed with Peter, much too Sirius' dismay. Sirius was quite literally crying in the corner for hours when he realised that mini him would rather be with Peter.
Though Sirius got the twins instead, which he was very pleased about, because he got to watch Lily's eye twitch when the twins wanted to spend time with Sirius on his magic infused muggle technology.
They are all Remus kids, though. They are all unintentionally sucking up to him, and they don't even realise it. Regulus will be jaw dropped every single time the kids will do something for Remus just by him giving them a look, not even asking just looking, while he had to ask them for 3 days before they even considered to do what Regulus had asked.
moonwater's bad karma results in them birthing prongsfoot lmao
#1 is fucking Sirius, but that was to be expected, the black brothers look like twins, Reg's looks and Remus' mischief, natural
#2 gets Remus' pretty curly brown hair, quickly develops Reg's love for quidditch, and it's not until they're walking in Diagon Alley and someone asks if they're babysitting harry that they realize POTTER CLONED HIMSELF AGAIN, IN THEIR OWN CHILD
Peter is forever sad that he doesn't get his own twin, keeps begging moonwater to try for another but they're too scared (actual reason he became a traitor)
