Well, the character creator interface was not super fun to make if I'm being real, but it was so gratifying when it was "finished" (or at lease usable, I'm definitely not finished adjusting/replacing/adding to the options, but that part's pretty easy).

Yesterday I worked on adding another map, hoping I can get it finished today and post some walking tour footage tonight!

I don't know if this has been asked before, but why did you decide to name it 2 headed boy?

It's in reference to the poster boy of the game (the "yandere"), Kage, for a few reasons. To describe the duality of his nature (he has sort of "Jekyl/Hyde" mood shifts) and how he tends to "split" on the player throughout interactions.

He often sees the player in extremes of all good or all bad, and feels things very intensely (though the "all bad" moments are more temporary unless you're really relentless with building his toxicity and anxiety stats).

He's "of two minds," when it comes to how he thinks the player feels about him, which is a consistent source of his anxiety that can be mitigated with varying degrees of success by the player (or made worse).

And then finally, it's also the name of 2 songs by Neutral Milk Hotel, 2 Headed Boy parts 1 and 2, and I think the lyrics of both songs also really fit his overall vibe. Especially part 2

So I lamely kind of burned myself out doing my taxes yesterday and didn't really get anything done on 2-Headed Boy, but I thought I should at least post a concept drawing of one of the other boyfriend options/rivals for the yandere boy.

This one is Yurei, birthday April 14, occupation: freelance artist/gig musician (vocals and piano). Went to a private art school from an early age. Lives on the 2nd floor of your apartment complex.

This one is a somewhat slow burn, does not give his heart easily but when he does...watch the switch flip!
